Day 0 is about setting everything up to be ready to focus on building. Before jumping into builds, I'm setting up the structure that will keep everything consistent: the blog, social channels, and a system for tracking ideas and progress.
Right now I'm collating product ideas and shortlisting which one to begin with. I'll be documenting each step — from concept to launch — to stay accountable and share what actually happens behind the scenes.
My immediate goals:
- Finalise this website and blog setup
- Create a repeatable posting routine
- Build an idea tracker locally for upcoming projects
- Decide which product to tackle first
It's small steps, but they're deliberate. Once the foundation's ready, the real building begins.
